2020 Valentine's Long Table Dinner - Sold out

Join us on Friday, February 14, 2020 for a romantic and social 5-course Valentine's long table dinner, served family style. A perfect date night filled with fresh, local ingredients and orchard-to-glass cider. Tickets are $49 per person plus taxes and gratuity. Evening starts at 6pm and dinner is served at 6:30pm  Why not add a litre of our new special release "Cherried Away" cider to your dinner to surprise your sweetheart?

Valentine's Day Long Table Dinner Menu

Amuse-bouche

HOUSE-MADE BRUSCHETTA
Tomatoes, roasted red peppers, red onion, garlic,
with balsamic reduction, served on a garlic crostini
 

First Course

HOUSE-MADE FOCACCIA
Served with rosemary infused olive oil
and balsamic reduction

STRAWBERRY & GOAT CHEESE SALAD
Mixed greens with fresh strawberries, goat cheese,
pine nuts, dressed with a house-made raspberry vinaigrette

Second Course

BROWN BUTTER SAGE PACIFIC SALMON
Fresh Pacific Salmon baked in a brown butter sage sauce

HONEY GLAZED ROASTED VEGETABLES
Roasted carrots and beets glazed with honey

 

Third Course

BUTTERMILK ROAST CHICKEN
Served in a white wine mustard cream sauce

ROASTED POTATOES
Served in a Cyser cider mustard and dill sauce

 

Dessert Course

BLACK FOREST LAVA TART
Decadent combination of chocolate, cherries
 and cream cheese. Served with whipped cream.
