We're celebrating Cinco de Mayo and the release of our lime-infused Jalisco Cidre seasonal cider with a special Mexican-themed dinner! Using rich Latin flavours, we’re creating a tantalizing menu of authentic Mexican street food and tapas that will pair wonderfully with Jalisco Cidre and our other ciders and spirits. Although we will not release the full menu until the night of the event, think house-made empanadas, taquitos, enchiladas and tamales. Delicioso! All items will be available a la carte, with most priced at $8 each, and we'll also have 2- and 4-person platters to share with friends and family.
Releasing in time for Cinco de Mayo is one of Merridale’s specialty summer ciders, Jalisco Cidre. Senor Apple lost the Mexican standoff resulting in this refreshing real lime cidre. This seasonal pays homage to our familia in Jalisco, Mexico where limons grow everywhere. Back sweetened with agave syrup to give even more of that south of the border flavour, finishing slightly off-dry to be enjoyed throughout the summer.
