Spring Mystery Cask Dinner Series

Weekend dinners are back with the regular menu, however, each weekend will also feature a fresh sheet with a three-course dinner paired with a mystery spirit!

One of the many benefits of having our hand in the distilling business for over a decade is we have products to play with. Since we started distilling in 2007 we have done many 'spirit experiments.' These small batches have been quietly aging in barrels for the past seven to ten years. Pretty cool, right? This spring we are finally releasing some of these small batches as mystery spirits!

Served mainly at cask strength, these spirits are smooth and complex, made wise by the years spent aging in oak darkness. Our Merridale crew is available to walk you through how to taste and what to look for in each mystery spirit.

These very unique and extremely limited spirits are available only at the farmhouse with dinner, for tasting, and purchase in 375mL bottles. Once a cask is empty, it is gone for good and a new cask is opened with a new spirit!

What will the spirits in the Cask Dinner series be? Well, that’s the mystery! You’ll have to visit Merridale to find out, but we assure you it will be smooth, complex, and delicious.
