Groups of 9 or Less

Self-Guided Tours

For groups of up to 9, complimentary self-guided tours are a wonderful way to enjoy the scenery around our farm and learn more about traditional cider-making and distilling. While you’re here, fill your belly with a meal lovingly prepared by our culinary wizards at the bistro, then grab a map from the store and take a peaceful stroll through the orchards. Afterwards, join us for a tasting at the bar or a flight in the lounge, where we can answer any questions and introduce you to our roster of award-winning ciders and spirits. *Please note, this tour option is only available for small groups.

Tastings and Flights

Visit our tasting bar and lounge to experience our lineup of craft ciders and spirits. We offer several guided tasting options with our knowledgeable staff at the bar, as well as self-guided flights that you can enjoy with friends in our lounge. Net proceeds from tastings are donated to local community charities. Ask us at the tasting bar about this month's featured charity.

NEW! Gin & Tonic Mixologist - available for groups of at least 4

Let the spirits move you!  Become a Gin & Tonic mixologist in our lounge or at a bistro table.  With Merridale’s own craft gin, the finest premium tonics, and a variety of garnishes, we invite you to explore tastes, edify your palate and engage your nose!  This unique tasting experience provides you with four glasses each, which means four chances to discover the tastes that make your heart sing by mixing and matching from the ingredients provided.

Bring Your Kids!

Kids are welcome at Merridale, and will be delighted to embark on a treasure hunt as they look for our little helpers, the magical Apple Blossom Faeries who are rumoured to live in the orchard.

Groups of 10 or More

If you are planning a visit with a group of ten or more, we have several options available, including curated group menus in our bistro and private, guided tours and tastings in our distillery and cellar. We’ll help you put together a tasting that matches the products you’re most interested in. Private functions can be customized to meet your requests and can include tastings, appetizers, full meals from the Merridale kitchen, or even a mini-seminar on distilling. Please contact us to book a group and let us help you plan an experience to remember! Link to the group booking request form.
