Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, beverages or wellness items cannot be returned. 

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Unpasteurized bottle(s) of cider
  • Items purchased from Merridale’s online store

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and, if paid with credit, the same credit card the purchase was placed upon. 


Upon cancellation:

  • A full refund is available up to 14 days prior to your reservation date. After 14 days, the full amount is non-refundable.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not offer returns or exchanges for taste preferences.
